Dental Instrument Retipping

Retipping in all dental catagories:

We can safely retip your hand instruments with new, high quality, 440A stainless steel tips for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

Our Process:
Send us your old, broken, bent, thin and tarnished instruments to be retipped.

We remove the old, broken, thin, bent, tarnished tips from the handles.
The handles are then cleaned and inspected for any damage that would make retipping unsafe or imposible.
If the handles are damaged in any way, we will not retip them. At your request, we will return them to you,
recycle them or replace them with a new handle of your choice in 3 different sizes.

We then install our new 440A stainless steel tips.
First a strong adhesive is applied to the inside of the handle to seal the tip to the handle. Then the tips are press-fit into the handle
(tips are slightly larger then handle opening). The handles are then stamped "retipped", tested and inspected.

We can safely retip your orthodontic instruments with new, high quality, carbide inserts for a fraction of the cost of replacing them.

Our Process:
Send us your old, broken, bent, tarnished, cracked and chipped instruments to be retipped.

We remove the old, broken, bent, tarnished, cracked and chipped carbide inserts from the handles.
The handles are then cleaned and inspected for any damage that would make retipping unsafe or imposible.
If the handles are damaged in any way, we will not retip them. At your request, we will return them to you or recycle them.

We then install our new carbide inserts into the handle.
New carbide inserts are silver soldered into the handles, reshaped, sharpened, polished and tested.
